Christina Mathieson Segura is Director of Solar Property Solutions at Team Paley, where she is both the team's solar specialist and a transactional agent in her own right. A New York-licensed REALTOR® and Mortgage Loan Officer, LEED Green Associate, and holder of multiple NAR designations, she has worked at the intersection of residential solar and real estate on Long Island since 2010 — long enough to have watched companies rise and disappear, and long enough to have learned exactly what happens to a homeowner when one of them does. She is the author of two books on the subject: Solar Agreements in Real Estate, the professional reference for agents, and The Solar SOS, the homeowner-facing companion, and teaches continuing education on solar in real estate through national association partnerships across the country.
